Submitting Your Artwork
We’re handling the design work for you. To make sure everything prints sharp and professional, we’ll need high-quality files from your team.
What We Need From You
1. High-Resolution Logos and Files
Send us your company logo and any artwork you want included in high resolution (vector, PDF, PNG, or JPG format). Avoid screenshots, photos from social media, or low-quality web images. Blurry logos cannot be cleaned up once printed.
2. Clear Instructions
If you have specific layout preferences, text, or jobsite details that need to be included, provide that in the form. The clearer the direction, the faster we can finalize your design.
Before You Upload: Keep It Print Ready
1. Match the Correct Size
Your artwork must fit one of our standard product sizes:
2. Keep Safe Margins
Keep all text and logos at least 1 inch from every edge. We add hems, grommets, and seams—don’t risk cutting off your branding.
3. Use High Resolution Files
Images should be at least 150–300 DPI at full size. Avoid screenshots or photos pulled from social media. Low-quality files will print blurry or pixelated.
4. Save and Upload Properly
Submit your artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG. No crop marks, bleeds, or extra borders.
Artwork Policy
By uploading, you confirm that you own the rights to your design or have written permission to use all images and logos. Fingerprint Ideas reserves the right to reject any file that violates copyright law or print standards.
