AI Graphics Are Not Automatically Print-Ready

If your file isn’t built correctly, it will be fixed, recreated, or removed before production.

We accept AI graphics only if:

Built to final print size
300 DPI  •  Clean, sharp, high quality  •  Correct file type (AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, high-res PNG)
If it doesn't meet these essential criteria, then it's simply not ready yet for what comes next. Evaluation against these standards is crucial.

 

WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT

The following types of files will not be used for production as submitted:

Low-Resolution Files

  • 72 DPI, screenshots, small images.

  • If it has to be enlarged, it’s wrong.

Incorrect File Size

  • Not built to final print size.

Raster Instead of Vector

  • PNG/JPG logos where vector is required.

  • Limits production.

Overly Complex AI Graphics

  • Too much detail, blur, glow effects.

  • Looks good on screen, fails in print.

“Make It Look Like…”

  • We don’t copy other brands. Period.

Locked / Uneditable Files

  • Flattened files with no layers.

  • If we can’t edit it, we rebuild it.

We do not guarantee print quality from client-supplied AI files.
You are responsible for usage rights and ownership.

DESIGN & CLEANUP PRICING

If your AI-generated file is not print-ready, it will require design time before production can begin.

We offer three levels of design support based on what you provide:
Layout Design – $45/hr

You provide the concept and usable elements.
We clean it up, resize it, and prepare it for print.

$45/hr

  • Adjusting placement

  • Fixing sizing and resolution issues

  • Minor cleanup and formatting
Graphic Design – $65/hr

You provide the idea.
We recreate or significantly improve the artwork.

$65/hr

  • Rebuilding AI-generated graphics

  • Simplifying complex or unprintable designs

  • Converting raster artwork into usable formats
Full Project Design

We create the vision and execute the design from start to finish.

$125/hr

  • Full creative direction

  • Custom artwork built specifically for print

  • High-end, polished design work

QUICK FILE CHECKLIST

Before submitting your AI-generated artwork, confirm the following:

If you cannot check every box, your file is not print-ready.

Resolution is 300 DPI at final size

3.

Artwork is sharp and not pixelated

4.

File type is correct (AI, EPS, PDF, or high-res PNG)

5.

Background is removed (transparent where needed)

6.

Colors are suitable for print (no RGB glow effects)

File does not require resizing or “making it bigger”

Logos are in vector format when required
